Ajimu Winery is highly regarded both in Japan and abroad for its meticulous grape cultivation and exceptional winemaking, made possible by the rich natural environment and climate of Oita Prefecture. This award once again highlights the outstanding quality and passion behind their wines.
At our facility, we offer several varieties of Ajimu Wine, which have been very well received by our guests, with comments such as “wonderful aroma” and “excellent pairing with meals.” We hope this recent achievement will inspire even more guests to discover and enjoy the charm of Ajimu Wine.
